Pink Elephant deliver the complete range of courses that make up the ITIL Certification scheme. A comprehensive public schedule is supported by in-house deliveries where circumstances dictate a more cost-effective solution. In addition simulation games and workshops offer clients a more hands-on approach to learning, and can be tailored to specific requirements.

Most training courses delivered follow examination syllabuses set by IT Service Management Examination Institutes, however non-examined courses can be developed, from existing examined courses, to address specific topics and issues.
