The Food Safety Level 3 Awards are for food safety candidates working in all food businesses at a supervisory level.

This three-day CIEH level 3 food safety training course has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering, manufacturing and retail sectors, and will equip food supervisors with both the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively.
