Contract description: The Institute of Digital Innovation is looking for additional professionals to join a pool of mentors to provide a rich mix of expertise to the DigitalCity Fellowship scheme.

The DigitalCity Fellowship scheme offers graduates the opportunity to work on project ideas supporting them to become start-up companies in the digital media technology sector.

The Institute of Digital Innovation is looking for mentors with current commercial experience in the following areas:

• Media (Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production) - Directing, Producing, Editing, Concept, Storyboarding
• Creative - Visualization, Photography, Illustration, Animation, Script Writing, Music
• Web - Specification, Design, Development, Deployment, Scaling (Cloud Computing), inc. Live Streaming, and E-Commerce
• Games - Design, Development, Graphics, Sound, Publishing
• Mobile - All Platforms, inc. iPhone
• Software - Specification, Design, Prototyping, Development, Publishing
• Other - Product Design and Manufacture, Science and Technology, Open Source

Other information: The project end date is 31st December 2011 and the Institute of Digital Innovation will contract with you to work on individual projects up to that date. Contracts are usually from half a day up to 5 days depending on fellowship requirements and the day rate is £250 which is inclusive of VAT and travel.
