Contract description: Young in Herts is Hertfordshire’s Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership. Since 1995, Young in Herts has provided a training programme for childminders, early years, childcare and play work practitioners who work in Hertfordshire.

Some of the training is delivered in-house by the Hertfordshire Early Years Advisory Service. The remainder of the training has been commissioned centrally, and delivered locally in specified areas, within dates identified as achieving the best take-up by practitioners.
